yuuo and I have a story that has a m/m pairing turned m/m/f triad in the course of it, so this might be a valuable comm. (one of the males doesn't make distinction on gender, the other is mostly gay with some bi leanings. We're not writing perfect 6s and having them go straight for vagina or nothin'. :D;;)

Also, one more question. I get the whole no NaNoWri- stuff, but... does this mean we're not allowed to discuss characters or plots or anything else if it's connected to something we're doing or have done for NaNo?

... cause if it is, then I'm probably gonna leave the comm, since we use NaNo to force out a working draft to play with and if I'm not allowed to discuss anything I do then, then there's nothing for me to contribute. :D;; (we're going to write the same story but from different POVs so when we make one draft, we have a better idea of what's going on behind most of the major scenes.)

As far as I know, the_willow simply meant that this should primarily be a discussion comm, and thus, posting "I got 1400 words done on my NaNo project today!" would be annoying since it leaves us nothing to discuss. Likewise, just posting a link back to a fic you once wrote would be annoying. Since she used the word "updates," it really shouldn't matter where/how the novel originated, as long as mere updates on its status aren't the only thing that get posted to the comm.

Okay, good. I wasn't sure, on re-reading, if anything done in connection with NaNo was verboten or not, since I don't write in NaNo for NaNo itself, but rather to work out drafts to tool around with.
